Q1: When do MA members train?
A1: We have up to 26 regular weekly training sessions led by our club coaches, Simon, Liam and Jarad. Each coach sends out a regular weekly update on the MA yahoo email group, so please feel free to join our Yahoo Group mailing list. See our training sessions page for details.
Q2: I'd like to train seriously for an upcoming event. How can MA help me out?
A2: The MA coaches can put together a program for you that best suits your goals, time commitments, motivation, and ability. A quick check with fellow members will also put you in touch with like-minded folks training for the same race you might be aiming for. MA provides the network for hooking up with both regular and training crews who are out there putting in the hard yards. When there are enough MA members going to a particular event we organise transport, accomodation and race support, if appropriate we will bring the club tent.
