If you are searching for an event to do for your next goal we recommend you find it on the links page to the National and State sporting bodies we are affiliated with such as Cycling, Mountain Bike and Triathlon Australia.

Up Coming Events Supported by Melbourne Adventure

The King Valley Challenge is a new Multi-Sport Event comprising of a 15km rugged run, 12km paddle in Lake William Hovell, 39km Road Cycle through the Valley and up the mountain to finish with a 3km run to look back down over the Vic Alps from Powers Lookout. A truly stunning course with each leg being a challenge for the team entrants and enough pain to keep the solo athletes happy. The Upper Murray Challenge is the ultimate Multi-Sport challenge, with a 38km MTB, 26km paddle and 25km run in tough terrain, it's a huge achievement as a solo athlete. We strongly suggest having a go in a team to check out this event, the mountains and upper Murray river make it an amazing weekend you'll never forget. MA members get a discounted entry, just contact the race director for this. Check out the event website.

The 2010 SILVA DuO Adventure Race series. Get off road this summer, challenge yourself and have some fun at a SILVA DuO Adventure race! Whether you want to try a new challenge this year or you're a hard-core adventure racer the SILVA DuO is for you: fabulous courses set on detailed maps, spectacular scenery, awesome trails and a friendly atmosphere.

Each Race will involve trail running and mountain biking in bush terrain with a bit of easy navigation to get you thinking. The mountain biking legs are on dirt tracks, fire trails and single-track and the run legs take you off the tarmac and into some of Australia's most beautiful natural bushland. Each race will have a long and a short course. Enter as an individual or do it together with a mate in a team. There are great winner’s and spot prizes up for grabs.

The third and final race of the series will be at the You Yangs on the 28th March. Entries open now.
